After mass shooting by Chinese communist police of Tibetan monks protesting last Monday, the Dalai Lama has asked for an investigation. A Chinese Communist Party (CCP) spokesman is now proposing that Tibet's exiled spiritual leader, the Dalai Lama, go on trial. The CCP is deflecting any responsibility for the killings and suggests the Dalai Lama was trying to sabotage the Beijing Olympics. Human Rights Watch has spoken out condemning China.
