The Quarrymen - The Beatles The Quarrymen were founded by John Lennon at the Quarry Bank School in Liverpool in March or April 1957.It is 50 years since Paul McCartney saw the Quarrymen. Now Members of the original The Quarrymen performs live at "Beatles, Blues & Rock'n'Roll Festival" in Saransk, Russia - May 5th,2007, and at "The Woolton Music Festival", Liverpool on July 6th,2007.
